Finance Assistant

We're looking for a conscientious individual to manage the daily invoicing and credit control of our organisation. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you'll play an integral role in invoicing, sales collections, and preparation of the monthly accounts.


  • Raise customer invoices based on sales data from the revenue team.
  • Log invoices into the Debtors list and report weekly.
  • Undertake credit control activities once invoices are due for collection.
  • Enter data into our accounting system.
  • Analyse past sales and ensure all invoicing is up to date.
  • Implement any improvements in processes for timely invoice and collection management.
  • Assist with quarterly VAT returns and bank reconciliations.
  • Produce ad-hoc reports by each customer account.
  • Produce and analyse various monthly management account reports.

Skill Requirements

  • Knowledge of the KashFlow accounting package is preferred although not essential.
  • Confident and motivated team player who can work under limited supervision.
  • Prior accounting work experience required.
  • Be able to maintain confidentiality with attention to detail are essential.

Marketing Assistant

We're looking for a talented marketing individual to control the daily management of all social media channels for our brand. You'll report to the Commercial Director and oversee all marketing activities.


  • Develop and manage the overall social media strategy to raise awareness through social channels and drive customer acquisition.
  • Responsible for managing all social channels including YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google+, Facebook, and our blog.
  • KPIs include the number of followers to each channel, interaction from followers, and links back to our main websites.
  • To develop planned campaigns during the year.
  • Manage blogger and other website outreach with a view to working with other online webmasters.
  • Research, produce and post weekly content.
  • In conjunction with the IT team, develop leading online tools and calculators to help customers.
  • Produce weekly reports demonstrating social reach.

Skill Requirements

  • Knowledge of social media to connect with customers.
  • Confident and motivated team player.
  • Understanding of online marketing preferred.
  • Creative, innovative and attention to detail.
